- Refund policy — We do not offer refunds for our digital courses, subscription services, or coaching programs.
- Delivery policy — We do not offer physical goods, but deliver our content digitally. This includes our free content (blog posts, podcast episodes, newsletter content, and select webinars) as well as our paid content (digital courses, digital ebooks, live Zoom coaching calls, and subscription-based product leads). All paid content is immediately accessible after payment is complete, except subscription leads lists that are accessible within 24-48 business hours after payment.
- Return policy – Since we don’t offer physical goods, we do not have a return policy. See refund policy in regards to refunds.
- Cancellation policy — For subscription services, we can only cancel any future payments so long as they are requested 4 business days before the subscription is scheduled to be charged.
